Atune Privacy Policy
Effective August 24, 2026. Atune processes account information, configuration data, monitor targets, AI relevance instructions, product usage records, and support communications in order to provide and secure the service. Atune may also process public social-media content requested through a customer's monitoring configuration. Customers should avoid placing secrets or unnecessary personal information in monitor names, targets, or prompts.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, run requested monitoring and analysis, maintain results and history, prevent abuse, provide customer support, process subscriptions, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may process limited data for hosting, databases, email delivery, payments, analytics, and AI-assisted analysis under their applicable agreements. Atune does not ask customers to provide full payment-card data directly to Atune support.
Retention, choices, and security
Records are retained only as needed for service delivery, legitimate operational needs, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing support@atune.cc. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Privacy questions and requests should be sent to support@atune.cc from the account email when possible.
