The primary contact for Atune product, account, privacy, security, billing, partnership, and developer questions is support@atune.cc. Please include the email address associated with your account and a concise description of the issue. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment card details, or other secrets by email.
Support requests
For product support, describe the page or monitor involved, the expected result, what happened instead, and the approximate time of the event. For billing questions, include the plan name and invoice reference but never full payment-card data. For privacy requests, state whether you are requesting access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information so the request can be routed correctly.
Developer and business questions
Developers should review the Atune developer center and OpenAPI specification before writing. Partnership and media inquiries may also use support@atune.cc with a clear subject line. Atune operates as an online service; a verified legal mailing address is provided through formal billing or contracting documents when applicable.
